There have been countless conversations about Social Media and the ROI across the internet since the first day that we knew it could be monetized.
A reoccurring question in each of my classes has been “How much time do you spend on all that?”. My reoccurring answer is that most of my scheduled marketing time and a bit of personal hobby time. I enjoy meeting and engaging people. I enjoy learning new things and the fact that I can combine what I enjoy and that those that engage may also become clients is just a win.
How do you quantify the ROI of your phone time? Don’t most agents spend their phone time just handling current clients and not really generating new business?
