Great Tool for RE Blogger’s and their Clients - Enter: ARE-TEC
At the VAR Convention in Baltimore this year, I was introduced to Chris Koehler the President of ARE-TEC , a software company that has developed an excellent tool for consumer centric websites. Tonight I was reading Kelly Koehler’s post about what value your listing search should have. It made it really clear that one of the things that made this product so impressive to me, is that a practitioner had an influence over it’s development.
The ARE-TEC tools include graphs and charts for the more analytical clients and easy IDX searches for the folks who are ready to just search for homes. After looking at the product suite, I could see really good options for Realtors to use with their clients.
It really would be worth your time to visit the page and see all the cool tools that they have available!
